Concept Direction
It was important to strategize a system made of three parts to tackle this 123,000 SQFT two story, two building creative office space. By creating moments categorized as immersive, active or discoverable to strategically fill the space with energy and integrated connections that lead into next experience.
Immersive: large open spaces that demand attention and evoke energy.
Active: pathways, intermediate and transition areas to integrate connection.
Discovery: small and intimate spaces create moments of interaction.
We designed a series of bespoke installations, branded wayfinding & custom graphics to create an interactive vibrant space.
Bespoke Installations
In active and immersive spaces, we designed and built out bespoke installations to create a sense of energy and interaction. From action sports equipment, VR headsets, stacked bike boxes and neon signs, each installation had a unique story that related to the building purpose and project theme. A total of 6 large scale, bespoke installations strategically placed throughout the space.
Worked directly with Tecture Fabrication to build out designs.
Wayfinding
We developed a series of stripes that paint the walls and floors of the space and lead users into various areas. Custom painted stripes reflect the color palette of the branded space and hide leadership principles from the brand foundation.
